At Frimley this year we are in the process of implementing Action Research school-wide.
Each teacher is carrying out a small action research topic linked to their individual literacy learning goal (guided reading).
Teachers have been given a simple action research template on which to record their work. As part of the action research, teachers have chosen to work with another teacher/s as coaches and are developing their coaching/coachee skills at the same time.

They are using the template, GROW - A framework for coaching , to help them with this process.
